Booking Information
General
- Dogs are permitted on site for a fee of £10 each and must be booked in advance.
- Please be advised that we have a minimum 2 night booking policy. However in quieter periods we can sometimes allow 1 night stays. Please enquire for details.
- On booking, we require a 25% deposit, with the balance paid seven days prior to arrival.
- For bookings of three or more tipis we require a £150 Group Security Deposit which is refundable in the event that all of the conditions of the deposit are adhered to. In the event that any of the conditions are not adhered to, we reserve the right to make the deductions specified. Please ask for details of these conditions.
Cancellation
- Please be advised that in the event of cancellation your deposit is non-refundable unless we are required to close due to Covid in which instance, your deposit will be refunded. We would advise you to consider insurance to protect yourself against this eventuality.
